bool CE::Memory::is_contiguous(Block<T> A, Block<T> B)

Test whether distinct same-owner ranges meet exactly at one end, in either order.

Returns:

False for equal metadata or different owner addresses; true only for adjoining valid ranges. T lengths count objects, void lengths bytes. Caller provides comparable representable backing intervals; this neither merges ranges nor checks their current pool/constructed-object state.
